The room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. The staff make this recently renovated hotel a pleasure to stay at. Dinner was very good, though the waitress needed some assistance, as the restaurant was busy. We enjoyed a good breakfast - despite our getting the service hours wrong, the waitress was still very pleasant.

We selected this hotel for the location, but didnt realise it actually made up part of the railway station. The double windows kept out most of the noise of the trains but an air conditioner might have improved the situation. (There was a fan provided)

fine overall experience. fairly clean venue with unbeatable location to the railway. location very close to all the public transport links, wannsee, green neighborhoods and the train station. excellent food in the restaurants such as schutzenwirtin, located 20 min away. the staff were very helpful and helped with public parking.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious with an electric kettle and a fridge. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to Coconut Creek Family Fun Park.

There was a wide variety of food for breakfast and staff were very friendly. although adjacent to the railway & Sbahn station, I was put in a street side room which was not noisy and I was able to sleep without being disturbed

Shower gel and shampoo sachets only available on 1st day, not replenished during stay. One day the room was not cleaned due to cleaners day off!!! No bar available in evening after restaurant closed one day as early as 9pm, although this was probably due to being in an out of town location which is why the hotel was chosen

Close to city access and destination

Enjoy comfortable beds and amenities like a flat-screen TV, mini bar, and coffee/tea facilities; the location is fantastic, with easy access to the S-bahn station.

So close to the lake and S-bahn, only 15min to Berlin town. Professional staff, very clean and totally new furnished room, wide choice in breakfast offer, great weissbier.

The location near Ripley's Believe it or Not was great, making this hotel the perfect place to stay and explore the lovely surrounding area.

Its location was excellant, short walk to Berlin and Potsdam, and taxi rank which is very convenient. It also was right next to the S-Bahn.

This place is super convenient and pretty clean, everything was like squeaky clean. the vibe was cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. Plus, it's located perfectly with a staff that's really flexible. 🌟

As foreign tourists, we really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel next to the train station. It made it easy for us to explore the city center. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially for our daughter's birthday. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a kettle for hot drinks. the hotel also provided accommodation for Ukrainian refugees, which we applaud.
